At The Clubhouse Gym, we take the privacy and security of our members’ personal information seriously.
If you have created an account through The Clubhouse Gym app and would like to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, you can do so by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Clubhouse Gym app account, please contact our team using the email address below.

Subject: App Account Deletion Request
Please include your full name and the email address associated with your Clubhouse Gym app account so that we can identify your account.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to verify your identity where necessary and explain the next steps.
You do not need to have access to the app to submit a deletion request.
What Happens to Your Personal Data?
Following a verified account deletion request, we will arrange for your app account to be deleted and for associated personal data to be deleted or anonymised, where applicable.
This may include:
Your app account and login information.
Personal profile information associated with your app account.
Training and activity information held within the app, where applicable and eligible for deletion.
Other personal information associated with your app account that we are not required to retain.
Certain information may need to be retained where we have a legal obligation or another lawful basis to do so. This may include financial transaction records, contractual information or other records required for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes.
Where information must be retained, it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
How Long Does Account Deletion Take?
We aim to respond to account deletion requests promptly and, where the request involves the exercise of your UK GDPR right to erasure, within one calendar month, subject to any applicable extensions or exemptions.
We will confirm when your request has been completed and explain if any information needs to be retained.
App Account Deletion and Clubhouse Memberships
Please be aware that requesting deletion of your Clubhouse Gym app account is not the same as cancelling your Clubhouse membership.
If you have an active membership, your membership agreement, payment obligations and applicable cancellation terms will continue to apply unless your membership is separately cancelled.
