What to expect on your first session...

Arrival + Check-in

We can’t wait to welcome you! Arrive 10 minutes early and we will greet you assist with checking in.

We will be there to help with any questions you might have about the gym and our workouts. Once you’re all set, meet your Clubhouse Coach and find your spot on the gym floor—your fitness journey starts here!

Workout

Warm-Up Get ready to move! Our dedicated coach will guide you through a warm-up designed to prime and prepare your body for the day’s workout. It’s the perfect way to ease in and get energised. Main Workout Time to challenge yourself! Whether you’re lifting weights or pushing your limits in the engine room, your coach will be there every step of the way.

Post-workout

We’ve set aside 10 minutes between sessions just for you! This is your time to share wins, connect with your Clubhouse coach, and chat about nutrition, recovery, or anything else that will help you along your journey to achieve your goals.
